Operation process: first deal with culture materials, if you choose to use wheat, you need to soak it in water for 24 hours (in the middle for 3 times of water, to prevent acidification); if you use corn kernels, because of its thick seed coat, not easy to bubble through, need to Use it after it is cooked. Otherwise, once the nutrients are exhausted, the mycelium will grow old and even die.
Original species → First-class cultivars
The original species is expanded by cultivating. However, due to the small number of original species, if the mushroom is directly transferred to the mushroom bag for mushroom production, it will not only result in prolonged bacterial growth due to less strains and weaker bacteria, but also cause mushrooming due to inconsistent growth rates of both ends of the bag. Uneven. Therefore, it is recommended that the mushroom farmer adopt the seed production mode after the first pouch, that is, inoculate the original seed into a small bacterial bag for seed production in a small bag, and then transfer it to a large bacterial bag for formal cultivation. Reminder: Pay attention to the small bacterium bags when you place them, because there is still residual heat in the bacterium bags, and the hyphae will also generate a lot of heat during growth. Therefore, it is not suitable to stack too high, generally "well" shaped to stack 3 to 4 layers, in order to facilitate ventilation and heat, to avoid "burn bacteria." In addition, the first-level cultivars must often be bagged during the cultivation process to prevent heat accumulation. At the same time, the growth of the mycelia and the presence or absence of infection should be checked. Generally, the entire culture process can be bagged three times. After the mycelium is full, it needs to be transferred to the big bacteria bag immediately, otherwise it may cause the aging of the mycelia and reduce its production efficiency.
Primary cultivar → Secondary cultivar
At present, the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus is mainly based on raw material cultivation, and the culture materials are mainly cotton husks, and the appropriate amount of corn core, bran, lime or gypsum, sugar or corn flour, trace elements, and inorganic salts are added in order to provide comprehensive nutrition. balanced.
