During the movement of the above-mentioned printing machine, the internal structure of the stroke switch is composed of a tension spring and a top spring. When the shutter is closed, the travel switch should have been disconnected after being hit by the shade door. However, when the internal stress of the tension spring and the top spring inside the printing machine is too large, the shutter will be bounced back, which causes the stroke switch to reclose.


In the printing machine, the control relay of the light-shielding door will repeatedly pull and close in a short time, which will not only produce a lot of noise, but also if the holding time is too long, the limit switch And the service life of the control relay will be shortened.


Repeated chattering of the shader door during the closing process also affects the travel switch. Every time the stroke switch is subjected to a severe impact, the current that controls the iodine gallium lamp will quickly weaken, causing the light to dim. In the process, if the light-shielding door of the printing machine is bounced back, the stroke switch will be closed, and the current of the iodine-gammon lamp will become stronger. The current is weak and weak, which will shorten the service life of the iodine gallium lamp.


When selecting the metal sensor switch of the shader door, you should also pay attention to the following problems. Generally, a metal sensor switch with an induction interval of 1.5 to 2 mm should be selected. This type of switch was chosen because there is no brake in the motor of the shader door. If the sensing interval between the metal-sensing switches we choose is too short, the screen-slider will enter the sensing interval and terminate the motor operation.
